417 male and female horsemen successfully passed the veterinary examination gates at the Emirates Global Village in Al Wathba... 1,348 participated in 8 races

The Abu Dhabi Emirates Equestrian hosted eight races at the Emirates International Endurance Village in Al Wathba as part of its 2022-2023 season calendar. These races were characterized by excitement and power, featuring the participation of the strongest horses and elite riders.

Throughout the season, there were 1,348 participants, known as "Jawd horses." Among them, 417 successfully completed the races, with their horses passing the veterinary gates. Unfortunately, 820 participants were unable to continue the races for various reasons. The highlight of the event was the 160 km Cup of His Highness the President of the State, which maintained its status as a race witnessing record participation.

The 2022-2023 season saw significant involvement from 248 male and female riders, with 78 successfully completing the race, while 170 others were unable to finish, leaving for various reasons after failing to pass the veterinary inspection gates. The 120 km National Day race, the first race in the Al Wathba calendar, had the second-highest participation rate with 243 male and female riders, of whom 79 completed the race.

The Abu Dhabi Festival, held at the end of the season in the Emirates Public Village, Al Qudra in Al Wathba, featured a large participation of 205 riders and horses. The President's Cup race had the largest participation during the season, with 248 male and female riders.

Unfortunately, 820 male and female horsemen failed to successfully complete the eight races as their horses did not pass the veterinary examination.
